How to use the OB Chat feature(Clients)

The Outbounders Chat feature lets you instant message agents who you have shown interest in.

You will be able to find the chat feature at the bottom right hand side of the page.

Once you click “Who’s Online” you will see all your contacts.

The agents in your contacts are those who you’ve been in contact with you through messages or who’ve made effort to reach out to.

GREEN dot – Online

ORANGE dot – Idle

Grey dot – Offline

Once you click on an agents name, a chat box with pop up along side your contacts list. Here you can start chatting with the agent.

From the agents profile, if you want to go directly to chatting with them, click the chat icon below the agents image. If you want to add agent to your contacts list, all you have to do is use any of the highlighted features.

You will also have extra features within the chat box while messages agents such as:

-Smileys

-Show Time

-Audio/Video call

-Send Files

-Report a conversation

-Share a whiteboard

-Share your screen

-Block user
