To post a performance based job, you need to go to Recruit and then click Post a Job. Scroll down a little bit and click the highlighted word performance-based link.

You will then be routed to a page where you need to fill up all necessary fields about your campaign or project. Once complete click on submit.

You will then be routed to a page where you have to pay $25 for the job post.

Once you complete the process, your job post will be posted and be seen by agents. To make sure you hire them as performance based agent, you need to hire them through the job post you made.
