What is Outbounders.com Express?

 

The goal of OB express is to give people a place to make better money than they could on hourly.. and more flexibility on hours.. they can work a couple hours a day if they want.

The system will offer new performance based projects to the best performing agents first (based on points ranking in the OB system) to ensure the best available agents are offered campaigns first.

 

What is the difference of OB Express to outbounders.com?

 

One of the key differences of OB Express to outbounders.com is not having a recruitment process, but the agents are categorized by bronze, silver and gold.

 

How do I improve my score?

 

Your score will depend on your results, try your best to reach top 3 of the leaderboard this will reward you better points.

 

How is the scores computed?

 

We have worked on an algorithm but this is still on its very early stages and is expected to go through lots of modifications as the system requires.

 

How many campaigns I can work to at a time?

 

You can work to as many as campaigns you want.

 

Does the campaigns have call schedule?

 

Yes, and you should not attempt to make a call outside the schedule, the system does check this too.

 

Am I guaranteed to get paid?

 

Similar to outbounders.com the clients are required to deposit to ensure that agents are properly compensated of their work.

 

Does the campaigns have managers?

 

The campaign will be managed by the clients themselves.

 

How do I inquire about the campaign?

 

You may inquire on the campaigns through the wall.

 

I have checked the wall and everyone identity is concealed?

 

This way both the client and agent are protected, for agents they will not be able to directly contact the clients that may bring unfair advantage over the others.

 

Why am I only getting only very few calls?

 

The biggest factors are the number of leads uploaded and number of agents accepted the job, and another factor is your rank, but we are still working on its algorithm to make sure calls will be distributed fairly.

 

The client keep denying my invoices even after fulfilling the requirements been described, what can I do?

When and how do I receive my pay?

 

This is very similar to your regular campaign in outbounders.com, you may check them on your dashboard and payouts will be sent every Friday.
