US contractors are require to submit their W9 forms, this can be done by following the steps below.

1. Click your name, then choose ‘Account Settings’.

2. Choose ‘Payment Settings’ from the left menu bar

3. Click ‘here’ from the fillup your w9 form ‘here’

On the upload W9 form page, you may download the fillable version or if you already have one available with you, just upload it.
