If you want to pay agent performance or pay agent hourly + performance, then you will be giving bonuses.

To give an agent a bonus, go to the “Managed” Tab >>> My Agents >>> Select View

Click on Give Bonus

Fill out the fields on the window that pops out

While you are entering the amount, you will automatically see the 10% commission charge. You may also write notes.
