To change the job type of your outbounder from HOURLY to PERFORMANCE, go to Manage tab, choose My campaign, click on the campaign where your outbounder is and click on action tab.
A drop down menu will show and choose the change job type,
Fill out the pop up option and make sure to click on Performance so that once you Send, the agent will see the notification so that they can confirm.
After confirmation, the job type will automatically be changed into Performance based.
