Agent hours is not correct

Check the actual hours of his time tracker

 

You need access to the campaign management and agent work hours to do this.

 

1. Go to the campaign management page of the agent.

 

https://www.outbounders.com/client_contract/agents/active

 

2. Check the hours work of agent

 

https://www.outbounders.com/reports3/agents_activity

 

If OBTracker Hours for the particular date is not showing, use fetch hours feature.

 

If still no hours, but you can verify that the agent did worked ask him to edit hours and inform his client to approve it, and provide some proofs.
